Deposit Policy
For stays of two nights or less, a total deposit is required. For three nights, a two-night deposit is taken and for four or more nights a 50 percent deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the short season and the limited number of rooms, Balance Rock Inn requires a minimum 14-day notice of cancellation prior to your reservation date. If you cancel prior to this time there is a $50 bookkeeping fee; if you cancel after this time, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation.

Check in/Check out Policy
Check in is after 3:00 PM on the date of your arrival. Check out by 11:00 AM on the date of departure.

Pet Policy: Well behaved pets are welcome at Balance Rock. A charge of $30 per day per pet is added. Owners are responsible at all times for their pet's behavior. Pets must be on a leash and are not allowed in certain areas of the Inn. We will gladly send our Pet Etiquette Guide upon request.

We are a Non-Smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outdoors, on the private and semi-private decks and at the Veranda Bar deck.
